Jev is the dev. He can only buy and burn.

Launch a coin on Flap and Jev, an AI agent, becomes its dev. Every trade pays a tax into the coin's own wallet. Jev decides the moment, the wallet buys the coin back and burns it. It has no way to sell.
- Nothing yet. Jev is only asked when a dev wallet can act.

- 01
Every trade pays in
The tax comes off every buy and every sell and is held by Flap's TaxProcessor for a wallet only this coin uses. Once enough has built up (0.002 BNB), the wallet claims it. That part is a rule, not a decision.
- 02
Jev picks the moment
Every few seconds he reads the chart and the chest and answers three narrow questions: buy now or wait, how much of the chest, is price topping. A dip on real volume gets a bid. A vertical candle does not.
- 03
It buys, then it burns
One buy, between 0.002 and 0.2 BNB, at most once every 10 seconds, through the Flap Portal on the bonding curve or on the pool after graduation. What it bought is sent to the burn address when Jev says the burn will be seen, and after 1 minute regardless.
What Jev costs to run
Every number here is summed from real responses: no estimates. A question Jev fails to answer is counted, never guessed.

Can the dev rug?
No. The dev wallet's code has three moves: claim the tax, buy its own coin, send tokens to the burn address. There is no sell path to call, for Jev or for us.
